BLACKFADE ESPORTS UPDATE
JUNE 17, 2012 — 01:07 AM CET

The guys from Blackfade were thought of as talented up-and-comers at the start of Dreamhack. However, some didn’t feel like they had the experience to win at a large LAN event like DreamHoN. The pressures can get to a team that’s not prepared for them. However, four matches in and it’s not really showing as Blackfade is sitting with a 3-1 record getting a victory over the likes of Fnatic Raidcall.

ABOUT THE DREAMHON TOURNAMENT
JUNE 13, 2012 — 5:00 PM EDT

DreamHoN is a massive multi-regional tournament series which is sponsored by Alienware Arena that is set to headline at the world's largest LAN event, DreamHack Summer 2012. The tournament will feature five-man teams from around the globe facing-off in the massively popular session-based MOBA title, Heroes of Newerth. Teams from North America, Europe, South East Asia (SEA), Oceania and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will be joined by the on-site BYOC qualifier to compete for their shot at over $60,000 in prize money and the pride of representing their home territory live at DreamHack Summer 2012 in Jonkoping, Sweden. The tournament will take place from June 16th-19th.

"We are dedicated to increasing the exposure of our game on a global scale", said Phil Haller, Director of eSports at S2 Games, "There's no better way to do that than taking the best HoN players in the world to one of the biggest eSport events on the planet and let them do what they do best."
